Ten Pilates Group Mat Classes All class packages expire 90 days after purchase. Exceptions may be made due to extenuating circumstances. Please notify the studio before the expiration date. All prices are per client. All sessions and classes are based on a 50 Minutes professional hour. Apart from 30 minute sessions. 24 hours’ notice to cancellation policy: 24 hours notice must be given to avoid being charged full fee for class reservations. In case of last-minute instructor illness or emergency, we will make every attempt to find a replacement instructor or notify you of class cancellation. If any class is cancelled at the last minute, client will not be charged for that class. Group Reformer Class Policy: If you have never done Pilates before, we highly recommend taking 1-2 private sessions before entering group reformer classes. Additional: Out of respect for clients with sensitivities, please refrain from wearing perfume or scented lotions to the studio; or coming to the studio when are sick with a cold, flu, or virus of any kind.
